The response I get 99% of the time when I tell a Christian that G-d wants a Temple again in Jerusalem is this: There is no need for a third temple, for we are the Temple of the Holy Spirit now. Then the next sentence that comes out of their mouth is: the Temple will only be built so that the anti-Christ can sit therein. These two statements make up the vast majority of Christian doctrine concerning the soon to be erected third Temple in Jerusalem. It saddens me to see such ignorance in the Faith. If this is your belief or your church’s doctrine you might want to read this blog, and the blogs that preceded.
First and foremost, let me prophesy that this coming third Temple will be the biggest sign to our generation that we are now in the third day referenced by Messiah as he said: “tear down this Temple, and on the third day I will raise it up”. A day is as a thousand years to Him, therefore we are officially in the third morning and the erection of third Temple will prove this fact. This third day is actually a dispensation of restoration for the very land and people who birthed our Messiah (Israel). Daniel was told it would contain 10 Jubilee cycles consisting of 490 years. But what this third day also signifies is that the time of the Gentiles is complete, and the Spirit of Grace spread over the nations is now being retrieved, and is returning to Zion. I saw this happening the other night in a dream and realized a strategic retreat of the presence of God from the nations. There was simultaneously a tactic of burn and destroy so that the enemy could not obtain the assets to control the people via the last century’s advancements and technology. Essentially, as the Spirit of the Most Holy retreats and returns to Zion, so too will these last centuries of modern-day conveniences be withdrawn. But again, this is for our own protection to prevent the enemy from taking control over us via these advancements. In all reality we are just one EMP bomb in the atmosphere away from this scenario. But today's blog is to address this doctrine that we are the Temples now. So my first question is this: If we are the Temple for the Holy One, then why is there a cell phone dinging in the Temple all day long? With that said, let us talk plainly about the status of our so-called body Temple. Our G-d is the epitome of holiness. There is no evil, or compromise of sanctification within His existence. Yes, according to Isaiah, He created both good and evil, and made the destroyer to destroy. However, He is exclusively good and extreme in His holiness. In the first and second Temples, we understand that the presence or Spirit of the Holy One dwelt inside the Holy of Holies and this Shekinah Glory was served by the priesthood of the Levites. These Levites had better be clean and sanctified when they went inside this sacred Temple, as this Presence of Holiness naturally burns and consumes both sin and sinners. We know the history, but have we forgot the mystery of how extremely Holy the Shekinah Glory of G-d was, and is still. So dead was the priest who came in the Temple with least amount of yeast (sin) within or without his aura. These ancient priest certainly would not have carried a cell phone into the Holy Temple. But fast forward to our modern era. At the death of Messiah, the Temple was rocked and the veil separating the Holy Presence of the Deity was torn. We the believers of Messiah are told that we are now the Temple, and the Presence of G-d dwells inside us now. Therefore, our Christian Faith declares that a third Temple is not needed. But all the prophets have written a contradictory message. I will bring you these ancient prophetic declarations next. But first, allow me to plow this message of sanctification a bit deeper. Our generation is no where near sanctified enough to actually think we can house the Holy Presence. As believers, how dare we think we can stink and not blink as we declare we are the Temples of the Ghost of the Most Holy. Get real !!! Just because we are atoned for by the blood and works of our High Priest Yeshua, does not exempt us from the requirement of sanctification. At best, the best of us are today incomparable to the sanctified priesthood that annually served this Holy Presence in great reverence and fear. Perhaps this is what our generation is missing the most: the reverence and actual fear of G-d. Proverbs says, the fear of G-d is the beginning of wisdom. Because this generation has rendered no real fear of G-d, wisdom has surrendered to stupidity. I am not even seeing this old-school fear of God even in the old-school preachers and teachers anymore. In fact, some of the top guns of our Christian Faith are fearlessly fleecing the flock so they can build another mansion, while calling it kingdom expansion. As Christians we are in trouble if we really believe we can be a house for the Holy One while living in sin. Yea but, you say, we today have the blood of Yeshua as our atonement. Yes, I agree, but we apparently need a new tree every week to re-crucify the Messiah, for we are a generation in need of re-sanctification weekly. Myself included, as there is just so much unclean coming at me daily. Makes me feel like one of these monkeys above, who doesn't want to loose the Holy Dove. But do I cover my ears, my eyes, or my mouth with these two hands? There is just so much skank daily coming at us all. In fact, if you have a cell phone on you, then this proves the point. You too have likely fainted and are certainly tainted. Your eyes see unholy demise, your ears daily hear fears, and you are probably thinking and speaking #trash. So, if we (the redeemed Christian people) are now the Temple, it seems as if the anti-Christ has already taken it over and is sitting enthroned upon our seat of mercy. Somewhere in all this, it seems the real Holy Presence of the Deity has quietly left the building. Perhaps for this reason, the great Shekinah Glory today seeks a new Temple.
